19th July may be interested for the people who support the state (Jammu Kashmir) to Pakistan, while working for this they get benefits from the Islamabad & enjoys the status in the POK puppet regime. JKNSF & JKNAP has the history from its existence to aware the people of Kashmir while organizing the peaceful procession throughout the POK .To aware the people JKNAP , JKNSF always use those rights what they deserve .Day before yesterday comrades from POK has told me that the central president of JKNAP Saradr Liaqiat Hayiat, Shahid Sharf(JKNAP) , Wajid Ayube(JKNSF) was arrested from the district courts of rawalkot (POK) & three comrades of JKNSF were arrested from the town Bunjosa . All the comrades along with the president of JKNAP were arrested via the POK Police & Paki secret agencies officials.Today I talk with the central president of JKNSF Raja Saba & he told me that three comrades of JKNSF (Pindi Branch ) i.e. Amjad (Muzaffarabad ) , Adnan ,Abrar ( from Trarkhal ) were taken via the secret agency person & abducted for four hours & beaten , severely humiliated , while these comrades are studying in Pindi & working for JKNSF . Question is why the arrest was made in Rawalkot, whereas there was no law & order situation created & also the students humiliated in Pindi .Why the arrest was made in the presence of secret agency officials.19th July has no importance for the Kashmir nation , Kashmiri people will never allow the Paki & india authorities to use the agents in Kashmir for the state accession to Pakistan or India .JKNAP , JKNSF will continue its struggle for the complete independence of Kashmir . These arrest never stops us.
The very important thing is that all this has started after the meeting of Gillani , Sing meeting . Even in their meeting they didn't discuss about the Kashmir issue , they have taken time to discuss their own domestic issues . Today everyone knows that Pakistan has its own problems & India has its own problems but if these both countries are trying to solve their problems at the cost of Kashmiri & their future , then I , we think that they are foolish. JKNSF , JKNAP has the clear vision about the Paki role regarding the freedom struggle . The paki regime can never be trusted for the freedom of Kashmir , its because their past , present & habitual character .One can see their character what they did with the sikh elements in 1984 , how the corrupt regime has used the Afghanistan issue & the corrupt regime received millions dollars from the United states of Aggression . One can see the role of rouge army of Pakistan while utilization the resources of USA(ag) during the so called war on terror . JKNAP has the clear stand on Kashmir issue & the corrupt regime of POK is involved in corruption from 50ties. One can see the living standard of the common Kashmiri in POK .There is no infrastructure in POK , corruption is all around the different department of POK . One can see the corruption in PWD, Health , Electricity, forests, agriculture …………etc in all these departments . From 1948 the paki regime has used the Muslim conference along with other small parties for their interest & the heads of all these departments in POK are linked with the parties & these heads pay token funds to them . One can see after the earth quick how these corrupt political parties has used the funds in POK & If the JKNAP , JKNSF comrades brings these facts in front of the common Kashmir & then the authorities used the negative tactics . Paki regime , POK puppets while using these tactics can never stop us . We know that it's a long struggle but we will take the time & used our wisdom to oppose the puppets in POK , not only in POK but we will use the genuine forces who has no links with ISI or RAW in IOK for our motherland freedom .

We believe that the Paki & Indi governments while using the forum ( tack to diplomacy ) agreed to divide the Kashmir , its b/c India is involved in the human rights violation in IOK & Pokies are doing this in POK but it will be our commitment & struggle which will carry us towards our independence . keep Carry on your mission & write against these negative tactics adopted by the rough agency of Pakistan in POK .

JK.NSF / JK.NAP paid tribute to Maqbool Butt

Maqbool Butt day in Karachi 11 Feb. 2009

Jammu Kashmir NAP & JK.NSF Karachi branch paid rich tribute to great Kashmir leader Maqbool Ahmad Butt on his 25th death anniversary.

A programme was organized at “NoBhar Hall” sadar Karachi on 11th Feb. where around 400 Kashmiri students and workers gathered while a large number of people were invited from different progressive students and mass organization from Pakistan.

At the same day JK.NSF Karachi branch also held it’s 17th convention of branch and elected new cabinet for next year.

Among the speakers there were,Waqas Ahmad,
Asad Mahmood,IrfanKhan,Tanvir Ahmad from JKNSF & Rayaz Kasher,Haleem Khan,Galib Khan and Rasheed Khan ,JK.NAP and Sajid Khan JKPNP.

The day of 11th Feb. is always remembered as the black day in Kashmir history when a voice of freedom,social and economical justice was suppressed by the occupant force. Maqbool Butt laid down his life and set a tremendous example of sacrifice.

They shed the light on the real struggle of Maqbool Butt and the wide objectives of his sacrifice,that along with national freedom of Kashmir, to set up a classless society free of exploitation and slavery.

Maqbool Butt is among those revolutionary figures of the world history who have strong commitment and a great passion with the cause.That’s why they never compromised on principles and lost their lives.The death of human body is not the death of his ideology but it is always a new turn of struggle.

After 1947 there could not be a genuine national freedom movement be established in Kashmir which could assure the safty and protection to all nationalities and religions existing in entire state of Jammu Kashmir.It is the need of the time to spread the genuine political struggle in all parts of Kashmir on the solid ideological grounds.

The speakers also criticized on the role of those so-called nationalists who are claiming to be the followers of Maqbool Butt while on the other hand forming alliance with such pro-pakistani puppets who never respected Maqbool Butt and his ideology and always declared him as Indian agent,the same are involved in Mahatray murder which forced Indian Govt to hang Maqbool Butt in revenge.

Such elements never dared to speak against what Pakistan has been doing in Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir since 1947,it is also the need of time to highlight the real cause of Maqbool Butt among the masses.

Kashmiri Workers Association Britain condemns illegal Arrest & detention of JKNAP & JKNSF leaders in Pakistani occupied Southern Kashmir (POSK)

London:Kashmiri Workers Association Britain strongly condemned the arrest and detention of JKNAP central president Mr.Liaquat Hayyat and all other JKNAP & JKNSF members in Rawalakot Pakistani occupied Southern Kashmir (POSK)

In a press release the KWA founder chairperson Mr.Younus Taryaby and spokesperson Wahid Kashir said that that Kashmir is an annexed colony of Bharat and Pakistan and we are not bound to any one regarding our faith on national freedom and struggle, This is a new and dangerous trend that is being promoted in this part of Kashmir by the present illegitimate, unconstitutional Pakistani puppet regime to keep its exploitation & oppression of the Kashmiri People by involving political and nationalist kashmiri leaders in bogus cases,

The KWA spokesman in a statement issued in London said “that the occupation authorities had started detaining Nationalist leaders and activists arbitrarily to prevent them from addressing the masses. “Having failed to curb the people’s movement, the authorities have started mass arrest of the Nationalist leaders and activists out of frustration,” he said.

KWA appealed to all the human right organizations that this case needs immediate concerns, and all detainees are prisoners of conscious.

The spokesperson said that the arrest of Mr.Liaquat Hayyat and other JKNSF activists was an attempt by the puppet administration to curb people. Kashmiri workers association as always condemns this act of violent.

The sacrifices of the Kashmiri people would never be traded and they would continue to fight for their rights. These arrests are black spot on Pakistani so called democracy, freedom of movement and expression. Pakistani puppet agencies could not suppress the liberation struggle through its acts of state terrorism.”

We demand and asked the World Community and other Nationalist parties in Kashmir to record their protest and voice for the immediate release of JKNAP & JKNSF’s leaders and members.
